Summary:

Suite Members may use the facilities anytime as they are paying for a specific reserved suite and use of that suite for full-time living even if they do not intend to live their full time.  Suite Members pay an initiation fee and an ongoing monthly fee which includes membership and the lease rate for one or more suites. Standard cleaning fees apply if they choose to request and use cleaning services for their suite.

Emergency Preparedness:

Suite Members have full use and access to their assigned suite during a period of emergency preparedness because they have paid and reserved their suite.

Family Suite Lease (2 bdrm + living + kitchenette + common area) Live Onsite Full-Time or Part-Time Includes common area cleaning and maintenance. Includes grounds care and maintenance. Includes outdoor parking, and shared garage/shop/storage space. Includes opportunity to visit on a pay-per-use basis throughout the year. Includes the option for up to 4 members for 1-year emergency services. Includes up to 1-year of emergency occupancy at Salmos Farm for each member.
