Summary:

RV Members with hook-up rights have access to designated areas of Salmos Farm property and may use those areas for a limited time throughout the year for RVs and are granted the ability to use the hook ups for thier RV.

Emergency Preparedness:

RV Members with hook-up rights are eligible to use designated land on the property up to and within the guidelines of their contract in an emergency.

Membership details:

Initiation Fee (financing available)

• $4999 for the first family member
• $999 for each additional family member

Monthly Fees

• First adult (18+) - $49
• Additional adult (18+) - $29
• Per child - $9

Membership feature details:

Members may opt to pre-pay for x# of weeks per year to reserve pads or soft ground with hookups at Salmos Farm. Includes opportunity to visit on a pay-per-use basis throughout the year. Includes outdoor common area access. Includes grounds care and maintenance. Includes the option for up to four members for 1-year emergency services. Includes up to 1-year of emergency occupancy at Salmos Farm for each member.
