Summary:

Prepared Members may use the facilities (suites and property amenities), if available, by paying the standard rate for their time usage and the cleaning fee.  Prepared members pay an initial fee and a monthly fee.  Cleaning fee applies monthly or as often as visitors check out of Salmos.

Emergency Preparedness:

Prepared Members have access the large building shelters during times of emergency.

Membership details:

Initiation Fee (financing available)

• $6999 for the first family member
• $2999 for each additional family member

• First adult (18+) - $99
• Additional adult (18+) - $49
• Per child - $19

Membership feature details:

Members may opt to pre-pay for x# of weeks per year to live at Salmos Farm. Includes opportunity to visit on a pay-per-use basis throughout the year. Includes outdoor common area access. Includes grounds care and maintenance. Includes the option for up to six members for 1-year emergency services. Includes up to 1-year of emergency occupancy at Salmos Farm for each member.
