Summary:

Partner Members may come anytime or live full time on the property because they own their property. Partner Members have purchased one of the lots and paid for the development of that lot.  Partner Members pay an initial fee and an ongoing monthly fee in addition to their property purchase and development costs.  Partner members are required to include a spec garage or gym as a part of their development which would be used for membership shelter in an emergency preparedness situation.  Total property and development costs for Partners is a minimum of $625k but may be significantly more depending upon the size and design of the home as well as the property landscaping.

Emergency Preparedness:

Partner Members own their property and their homes so they have full access year round including in times of emergency. Partner Members designate an easement of the portion of their property used for growing food or community shelter such as garages or gyms for the use of the community but their home remains private.

Initiation Fee (financing available)

• $2999 for each additional family member

• Lot value price range: $465k - $595k

Construction Fee

• Cost based on the selected construction plan range: $950k+

Total property purchase costs are listed above. Additional development costs for Partners include a minimum of $950k but may be significantly more depending upon the size and design of the home, additional buildings and desired landscaping.

• First adult (18+) - $299
• Additional adult (18+) - $49
• Per child - $29
